PROPS

EN 1065 props are high-capacity props, available in 3 types of class recommended in the standard: Classes B, D and E.

Pursuant to the certification issued by the rigourous German technical institute “Materialprüfungsanstalt Universität Stuttgart”, they fully comply with European standard UNI EN 1065:1999. This standard sets the world’s highest requirements for materials, design and corrosion protection measures.

Each prop bears a mark on the handle with the standard it meets, the year of production and the name of the manufacturer.

These products are compatible with most flat formwork accessories.

The main characteristics of the EN 1065 certified prop are:

• Different shaped plates in accordance with the class of prop to guarantee immediate visual recognition.
• A forged steel adjustment nut with two additional holes, designed for millimeter height adjustment.
• A bevelled hook at the end: the ergonomic shape of which facilitates insertion into the holes.
• An anti-shear system: the greater length of the inner tube in relation to the outer tube, with a difference of at least 10 cm between the two, guarantees the prevention of accidents.
• External filleting produced by a lamination process to guarantee the integrity of the material without removing any of it..
