The MODUTEC vertical formwork system consists of a profiled steel frame with a reinforcement structure to prevent the deflection of the panels.
The vertical dimension of the panels is fixed at 2.70 m in height. They vary between 0.30 m and 1.20 m in width.
The surface of the formwork which fits into the frame is 15 mm thick plywood with two sides coated in 120g/m² phenolic film to guarantee the good quality of the concrete finish and the greater durability of the panels.
MODUTEC variable panels, in addition to enclosing the tops of walls, are used to execute pillars. These elements are assembled in the form of a windmill or aided by corner enclosures to form pillars with varying sizes of 5 cm intervals.
